My property if rented out, I live on a boat and use a relations business address as my postal address so find myself with no residential address therefore no vote!

contact your local council who should be able to help you. Ask them to put you through to the Electoral Roll department.

Talk to the electoral registration office at your local authority.
There are thousands of folk living on boats. Maybe a chat to British Waterways membership would help too. Either of them or the CAB

Contact your local authorities electoral department. There are lots of ways around it I recall. Why do you want to vote?

You need to consult your local council or the Citizen's Advice Bureau - they will be able to advise you on how this is achieved.
