Someone who thinks pretty closely to the way I do, but never exactly.

Pretty close...my best friend and I actually find ourselves answering questions around here with nearly the same answer! We're alike in a lot of ways, and we think very much the same, and even the ways that we're different seem to complement each other somehow...that's why sometimes we call ourselves Yin and Yang :)

No. Unfortunately, the only person who thinks exactly like me died 29 years ago. I've never got a chance to meet them, but I know for a fact they thought just like me.

Well kind of...she's a friend of mine but its the opposite: I think like she does but she doesn't think like I do, if that makes any sense!
Recently I have met another person but he's just the same, and anyway we are not good friends anymore! :)

Although i suppose it would be nice to have someone who thought like me because i wouldn't feel so crazy then.
But then again, i have met people who thought similarly on various things.
It's nice to have that common ground.

Several actually. It's quite neat. I have friends that we know what each other is thinking, and that's when bad things have the highest potential of happening...LOL!
