does anyone know why thats happening and should i go to the doctor or wait till my appointment in three days?

It is most likely a urinary tract infection - don't wait, call your doctor now because left untreated you will get a fever and start throwing up - which is a lot scarier than taking ammoxicillan!!
The right side is where your kidneys are - could possibly be kidney stones, but most likely an antibitotic should do the trick.

I would see if your doctor can see you sooner. The reason is that your appendix is on the right side, and if you're feeling pain over there, you COULD have appendicitis, which is extremely serious, and can be fatal if your appendix ruptures.
Alternatively, however, it could be round ligament pains (which DO hurt like hell) or the beginning of a UTI.
Another answerer said that it could be kidney stones. That is incorrect. Kidney stones will primarily hurt your back before they hurt on your sides, IF they ever hurt on your sides.

Visit doctor. How early did you have your ultrasound? Has an eptopic pregnancy been ruled out?

go to the doctor if it gets worse or it already has. you don't want to risk anything bad happening by waiting. they don't mind seeing you early, trust me. GOOD LUCK!!
