There is a film starring Jodie Foster. I cant think of the name and it's a brilliant film.
In it she has spent her life growing up in a forest with her sister and mother who both die,leaving her to fend for herself. Her sister and her managed to develope there own kind of language. She is eventually discovered by the co-star (cant remeber who it is). need help with this one guys, its driving me mad and i really want to buy the dvd but i need the title first.

Super film - unfortunately, it had tons of competition for the Academy Awards (including "Forrest Gump," "Four Weddings and a Funeral," "Pulp Fiction," "Quiz Show," and "The Shawshank Redemption" !!); Jodie Foster was nominated for Best Actress for "Nell."
Foster and the film itself were also nominated for the Golden Globe and Screen Actor's Guild awards, among others.

It is Nell and it is a brilliant film - she played the role perfectly. I have worked in human services my entire life and the portrayal of the "system" was true to life and frustrating.
