Open Internet Explorer
>> Tools
>> Internet Options
>> Select “Content” tag
>> Auto Complete
>> Uncheck All three boxes as needed under “Use auto complete for”
>> OK
>> OK
Now close your browser and open again.

If using Internet Explorer go to tools, then internet options. Look for clear browsing history and it should ask you if you want to delete temporary files, history, cookies, saved passwords and web form information. Clear them all if your trying to cover up your tracks.

Good Luck!

(Other notes)

If your on Firefox, just go to tools and click "Clear Private Data".

Just use the delete history that should show up on the list. Near the bottom I think. Also you can do it with your Browser.
