I don't believe so, but the quicker the better.

A will can be executed at any time in theory if the conditins within have not yet been met. EG: A painting wasn't given to you. But you must have someone to bring it against (The person who has the painting must give it to you) And that person must have acquired it via the estate in question (the painting went to someone who sold it on Ebay you can't go knocking on the the buyer's door asking for it without giving them anything)
