increased memory capacity from 1GB to 2GB. and instead of just N70 printed on the top left hand corner (near the light sensor), it will say 1GB

simple they both are differet in style and looks....more over earlier N70 used to come with a 128MB of memory card....and now it comes with 1 GB of memory card to store more music.
