in the right hand corner of your screen you will see tools click that and at the bottom you will see Internet options... you can also get there by going to your start menu, then control panel, then network and Internet connections, then Internet options

Assuming you are using Internet Explorer (and not some other browser), click on Tools. Then look at the last item on the drop-down list. It should be Internet Options. You can also access the very same Internet Options from the Control Panel. Open the Control Panel, then look for the "Internet Options" icon. Click on it and you'll have the same Internet Options as if you did it from the Tools menu in Internet Explorer.

1. open an internet browser (an IE or mozilla firefox it depends on ur computer) on the upper left of the screen youll see the list of options file, edit view,favorites , TOOLS , help.....
