hai friends all the time when i m in trouble i use to ask que to u & u all people gave satisfactory ans to my que. Now my que is that I m staying with my boyfriend. he has filed a divorce case against his wife bcause she never understand him not even respect his parents all the time she is talking to him very rudely always used to visit her parental home he have a daughter from her which she take with her. Now the problem is that he wants divorce from her thats why he filed a divorce case against her & she filed a dowry case against him. when I meet my boyfriend I dont know abt that he is married & a divorc & dowry case is going on between both of them from last two year. but now his xwife is not giving him divorce. what should my bf and I do I love him a lot pls tell me how can he get rid of her. He is ready to take the custody of his daughter. tell us the suitable way of getting out of this problem. and one more thing we are from India. She even use very abusive word for him impotent

O.K. Let me tell you onset that divorce cases in India take a long time to decide so dont worry about this. I dont know at what stage & on what grounds your boyfriend has filled this divorce petition also under which Act he got married & seeking divorce now. Most probabaly it must be under the Hindu Marriage Act,1955. As far as dowry case/complaint is concerned this is the best defence all Indian Advocates suggest to wivies against whom a divorce or judicial seperation case is filled, & even the courts (judges) know that mostly these complaints regarding dowry are frivolous just for harasing the husband. As far custody of the child is concerned it is upto the courts to decide keeping in mind the golden rule i.e. Welfare Of The Child. What I mean the court decide the custody on the basis of welfare of the child ,or it gives it to that parent who can be the best for the childs growth & care, but the other parent is allowed to keep the child for some period of time or meet him/her. The cases are already in the courts & it will take time to settle so dont worry about them if your are happy with him & want to stay with him continue , you both can marry legally when he gets final decree of divorce till then any step taken by you two in this regards can put him in more trouble eg criminal complaint for bigamy under sec 494 of Indian Penal Code. So avoid taking this step ie marriage at this stage. as the case is already in court, there is nothing special u can do for him besides pray for him and love him , and yes this is not a case which will be solved amicabely, it's a little tedious , but be brave and syand by his side
