every time i send an email through hotmail. i want to save what i have sent, i go into my sent messages folder and nothing is displayed in there,
please can anyone help me step by step.
i have emailed help from MSN and they are useless.

yes u can go to settings and find if there is an option for saving every message that has been sent. However another option is as follows: whenever you compose a message at the bottom of that page there is an option for saving the message that is being currently sent. you have to check that checkbox and the message will be saved. However be aware of the fact that mesages in the sent folder are deleted automatically after some days . so make some arrangement for saving those messages in some other folder before they get deleted.

well if its the same as yahoo mail then basically you go into the mail options once you're in the account and there's an option in there to "save sent messages" i turned my one on on my yahoo account the other day.

maybe the save sent options is turnded OFF ... turn it ON by clicking the messages settings !!
