Are you on hormones? Because if you are taking testosterone artificially, then this is totally to be expected, and I don't quite see what's going on.
If you aren't, then that's pretty weird. Both men and women have testosterone and estrogen, but one is always there in a much, much higher ratio than the other, resulting in masculinity or femininity. So yes, you're always producing male hormones, but if everything's functioning correctly, there shouldn't be enough to create masculine changes in you. It could be that these changes are somewhat exaggerated in your mind (because what self-respecting FtM wouldn't be happy to wake up with a more masculine body?), since a good deal of healthy, normal women have face fuzz and other unwanted body hair (much to their chagrin).
The only other thing I can imagine is that you have a hormone deficiency or other problem that is completely unrelated to your transsexual status. It could be a variety of things, from being intersexed internally (probably the most extreme possibility), to a more probable little disorder, like benign cysts on your ovaries (something I have, which means I have a little more testosterone now than before). I'm not a doctor, so I'd say your best bet is to go to your doctor or gynecologist and explain. Even if you're totally happy about getting a free boost of testosterone, you should know what's going on with your body and whether or not it could be bad or harmful.
Hope that helps, and good luck.

Hey, I'm FtM too. There doesn't seem to be many of us here - maybe 5 that I've noticed since joining. cando_86 pretty much told you everything you need to know, but here's what I was going to tell you:
Are you taking T? If you are then the extra fuzz is to be expected and will probably get thicker than just a "fuzz". Your voice will drop, and you'll want sex more. Essentially, you'll get a second puberty.
If you're not taking T, then know that males and females both produce both estrogen and testosterone - just more of one or the other depending on your biological sex. It is normal for a female who is not on T to get hair in unwanted places (face fuzz) (but if you're FtM, you might like it). I shave mine because without T, its not enough to look like much more than an immature junior high boy trying to grow a beard before he has near enough hair for the job. If you have much more hair than that description, you need to see a doctor for a hormone imbalance problem (and don't neglect it because it a hormone imbalance not produced through the controlled circumstances of your taking T could just be a warning sign for some more serious problems).
In all likelihood, what you are experiencing is normal. Sorry for dashing your hopes if you were wishing like I have on so many nights that you could just wake up one morning and be a man without having to do anything for it :-).

It is possible to not be trans and in fact have some sort of intersexed condition. There's a lot of varieties. I think it's time to see a doctor. Also, it could just be puberty acting weird.

your body produces T, all females do but the hair issue isn't to blame for your T, if anything the only thing T would do to hairs is make them fall out on your head also known as DHT dihydrotestosterone.
