Yes it is possible.
But.....
Since you state "one for broadband," I assume you're attempting to use the computer as a router and want to restrict internet access for a particular network segment.
Big waste of technology, money and resources. Routers today can be had for less than $60 US.
If it's a segmented network you're after...
A better solution is to use two routers and a bridge.
Also remember, internal network addresses (such as 172.XXX, and 10.XXX) are non-routable.

It's possible if you use Internet Connection Sharing with Windows. Look it up in Help & Support.
It's a bit of a pain to set up and on rare occasions it will not work at all.
A better way would be to buy a cheap broadband router. With that you can connect many computers to one broadband connection.

some years decrease back I saved a Praying Mantis as a puppy, and they basically eat stay foodstuff! therefore, I obtained the flexibility of gently capturing stay flies in flight, or off any floor, so as that i might want to feed my Mantis unhurt and lively prey. maximum shifting incident became late one evening at the same time as on arrival domicile i got here upon my Mantis laying off its pores and skin. I watched, enthralled, for over an hour and that i shall under no circumstances forget seeing my Mantis gradually advance and spread its sparkling rainbow-shimmering wings. next day I released it onto a grapevine in my backyard, an same backyard in which I therefore got here upon a swarm of very tiny, lately hatched mantids! they are the cutest little creatures you would possibly want to ever imagine.

You CAN do it. What I don't understand is why you would want to. You can have two Ethernet cards in your machine and manage each network seperately. On the other hand, you could get a router and access both simultaneously on one card.
