I would love to loose weight in 2 weeks without taking pills or becoming anorexic....or anything...so what is the best way to loose it when i am at a boarding school, and my breakfast lunch and dinner is probably fatty, they do have a salad bar and sometimes i just dont feel like eating it.....i need a good answer for this! i have tried a couple of time working out but i had too much of other things to do....idk im all confused....

id appreciate ur answer and no smark remarks either....Have a Great Day Everyday!

you can only lose so much fat in a given period of time, after that you are just burning muscle and essentially getting fatter.

safe weight loss is about 2-3 lbs a week. sure you can cut out all carbs for the next couple of weeks but most of it would just be water weight, which you would gain back very quickly once normal eating is restored...

being physical fit is a life style...

good day do not difficulty about them telling you you won't be able to do it, I lose and benefit major weight in 2 weeks, it really is a genetic problem that both my mum and that i have...2 weeks in the past I had a superbly flat tummy and now once you bend over there is flub everywhere! that's ninety% what you eat and 10% exercising. that's what i'm doing to get decrease back into structure - eating a bun for breakfast, an apple for recess, a banana for lunch and sushi for dinner. also i'd get a bottle of fruit juice and that counts as a meal. something else of the day i'm ingesting water. you want small foodstuff typically interior the day and wide-spread after I get decrease back from college I pass rope in the front of television, so i'm understanding for possibly 1/2-hour? for a a million hour application =)

first of all if u loose 20 lbs thats abt 10 kgs in 2 weeks is very very unhealthy after a month or soo u will gain it back....u shld have an aim of 8 10 ponds in a month now thats healthy....i sugeest 30 min exercise each day.....and dont cut back on ur food just keep saying to ur self u can do it but plzzz avoid the junk foood ....its very bad for u health.....make ur everyday goal fruits whenever u feel hungry graba n apple an orange or watever friut u see.... and at leat 7-8 glasses of water

Well i dont know bout losing 20 lbs. in 2 weeks but i do know some helpful things to get in shape. ok 1 try to keep wat you eat daily at a all time low. no soda, or juices just drink water, 2 run alot for a long period of time daliy, 3 eat things that a very low in caloires, eat fruits and vegies, just as is. ummm o yah if you like tuna thats perfect, eating high protein foods will keep your muslce mass up and burn the fat more along with exersice, last but not least just think healty, and think that your losing the weight fast and trust me with all of the things i said youll feel great ive been doing it since christmas and i feel wonder full so y not give it a try.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

It is not possible. Sorry. You could lose 10-15 or so by doing South Beach, but you have to do it all the way and not cheat to lose it.

I lost 13 on South Beach in two weeks, but it started coming back as soon as I started eating normal foods again.

4 words finger in your throat. other then that you ll have to actually exercise and diet....your breakfast and lunch isn't (the only thing) fatty its the 3 servings your eating! :) PS quit your daily intake of candy bars and chocolate milk

i think its possible to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks you just have to stick to it like my aunt went on strictly tuna diet n lost alot of weight all she ate was tuna its really healthy and has no fat but i guess it really depends on the person but if you want just try it ehh worth a try

Losing wieght this quickly is unhealthy. Would not recommend it.
