I take a prescription for restless legs and that helps me to fall asleep. Many people have that problem and there are many ways to help you. I don't believe your mind is ever really blank. From what I have read dreaming is a way for your mind to make sense of what has happen to you during the day. I think you always dream but seldom remember.

Emancipation is called the soul, the unfastening of the incarnate Spirit, making possible to move away itself to it momentarily from the physical body. It is very important the understanding and the study of sleep and the dreams for a ampler knowledge of the phenomenon of the emancipation of the soul and the experiences lived deeply for the Spirit in this state of freedom. “To the similarity of the death, where the Spirit if frees with easiness of the body by means of previous conquests of indifference and resignation, reflections and disinterest of the passions most vigorous, in sleep it has an occurrence equivalent, therefore that the being spiritual possesss greater or minor in agreement movement its settings and conquests.”

I stay on the computer all night until my head hits the monitor. Since I probably have a concussion almost every night, I'm pretty sure I dream, but I don't remember any of it.

Gee thanks for the information runndover. I could have started the day without it! I'm thinking that your pleasuring yourself has a direct correlation to your brain... since after you do "it", you're mind is blank! So my suggestion to you would be to curb your pleasuring sessions or you'll completely drain your brain!
