Make sure that your feet, hands and head are kept warm as these are the points you will loose most heat. I would suggest having a hot bath or shower and then layer yourself up ie a vest top then on top a t shirt then on top a thin jumper then a thicker one. Then maybe wear some tights then your sweatpants and then 2 pairs of socks.

Put a hat on! Anyone who knows me will know that's what I'd say! You lose most of your body heat through your head (I'm not kidding!). We keep our house quite cool (cold) too, so I know exactly how you feel (as does my daughter!). I'd lose the leather jacket and go with a hoodie that you've layered with other shirts. I know it sucks, but when you have to pay the high heat bills, you'll understand! Spring is only 3 months away!!! :)

I took a long white tube sock and filled it 3/4 way with rice; then that gets tied off at the end and shoved down into another sock; place inside of microwave for 4-5 minutes; presto! the best heating pad for your neck or bed

Take a few pieces of CLOVE, put them in your mouth. Dont chew them, otherwise your mouth will have burning sensation. Allow your sliva to extract juice from these cloves. As this juice will start going inside you, your body will start feeling warmer. Clove has no bad side effect on your body, is good for your gums and also good for stomach upsets. Dont consume more than 8 cloves a day.

Humidity helps keep a space warmer longer. Put an open container of water on or next to your room's heat source. Next to that layers of clothing and warm headgear.

I find a hot shower helps. Also if you have been dieting or don't eat meat or a lot of it you may need to take iron tablets. When you are due for your period you also feel the cold a lot worse. Get in the shower good luck
