I'm 16 years old. My parents don't like me hang out older guys. I have a guy frind that is 20 years old. If I lied to my parents and says I was hanging out with another 16 year girl and hung out with my guy friend and I got caught, would it be considered by law a kidnapping? I don't want my guy friend to get in any trouble.

Your parents don't want you to hang with guys this age because the only reason guys this age want to hang with girls your age is for sex. That being said if you lie to your parents and go hang out with him and then get caught it would not be kidnapping. If you are caught and you have done the nasty he is in a world of trouble. It is called statutory rape and he can end up in prison. Heck if your parents even think you guys had sex they can have him charged and he can wind up in prison. If I were you I would just stick to the 16 year old guys or maybe 17 but I would leave the 20's alone.

No, I don't think this would be kidnapping, because you're not with this guy against your will.
I think it's pretty odd, though, that a 20 year old guy is hanging out with a 16 year old girl. Be careful with that.

lol No....obviously you have no clue about the law.
Kidnapping is being taken from your present place and forced to go somewhere else with the kidnapper. Basically like the first chick said getting taking against your will. Though your parents could put a restraining order on him if they dont want yall seeing each other.

No. Kidnapping is when you are taken against your will. Most times a ransom is demanded as well.

No, not kidnapping, but...depending on what you're caught doing, he could be in big trouble anyway.

No, but if he has sex with you, whether you agreed or not, it is rape and he could go to jail for 20 years.
