SPIDERS!!!!!!!!!!
Why I can't deal with this phobia? Even for a small spider for me it's like I see a tarantula.... Oh please help me... I'm sick of this phobia.. please... somebody helps me please.... Everytime I see a small spider crawls somewhere, it's like the end of the world to me, (sweating, panic, hysterical, anxious... pale) why I'm like that people? Help me....

A fear of heights is not necessarily a "phobia". Phobias are irrational fears and it is quite natural and rational to be a little wary
when near the edge of a tall building (especially as some of us have a little voice in our heads saying "go on JUMP and see what happens!). But if you become nauseous, dizzy, scared-stiff, then, yes those things take it beyond the norm to vertigo.
I don't actually have a phobia but I feel sorry for people who do. There is usually a good reason why people have such conditions, relating, perhaps to a negative experience which has been repressed and then shows itself in a wierd way.

I used to suffer from agoraphobia ten years ago. It took about six months when I used to feel very bad about going in open public spaces. Those days I had certain problems in my personal life, that seemed unsolvable to me. I was working on it with my therapist, solved the problems, learned how to overcome my phobia and generally, my life got much better. I have broken one bad relationship and achieve a great professional success, started to travel around the world and taking part in conferences... I have learned a great lesson of life - to overmaster myself, to keep control over my life and I don't feel the phobia could ever back again. I have also learned to solve my problems in the moment they appear, not to "put them under the carpet" and to be more honest to myself and my own feelings.

I'm just scared of life in general :) I'm scared that this is who I am, and that this is all there is. I'm scared that I'll never be happy.
