In turning 19 this year and I noticed my breast isn't growing since 13 where I started my puberty. I got a breast of an adolecent. It's not even A cup. Even when I wear my bra, it's not complete filled and this upsets me because it's flat like a surfboard. I need a bigger bust to improve my confidence.
I thought of going some kinda of a therpy, maybe hormonal therpy to increase my bust size. I feel inferior towards gals with fully grown blossom.
I'm kinda an outgoing person, wishing that I could go in clubs one day but my bust is the main problem. I need help because I feel that most guys like girls with nice blossom.
And by the way, I'm an asian. Please help me.

this one is simple...women develop twice as long as men. men stop maturing about age 20. you still have 21 years till you are done developing. when you decide to have kids they get bigger (most cases). women with less look better then those with big jugs especially after children. just think you get to skip the back aches too :) women are women .. your breasts don't make you sexy , your attitude makes you hawt! and Asian your already a winner!

OMG you are so young to be worrying about your bra size. You are not full grown yet which means you are still growing and that goes for your chest as well. I was a 34A until i was 18, im now 22 and have 36C. So you have plenty of time left. If your that concerned about it try going on a birth control method shown to increase your chest size. Try the Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Infinity Edge push up bra. They are soo comfortable and they make your chest look great, which will make your clothes look better. Stay away from V-neck tops because those just make you look worse with no chest. Dont give up so soon because i felt the same way and all i wanted to do was get breast implants, until i switched my birth control and they grew! Saved me money and pain so give it a try! The birth control is called Lybrel if you want to look into it. Plus you have NO periods with it!

Umm aww well... you should accept wat u are... if a person truely loves u, he wont care about the size of ur breast. So dun get upset about it. U can consult a doctor if u want. But massaging them works( proven). U can also take some food that are high in fats. Since women has their adipose tissues which stores fats in their breast... But in whole, i will recommand u not to worry about ur breast size...and u dun need a big breast to go into clubs. NO big breast is not the end of the world, im sure many will love the way u are now and in future even without big breast :)

This is a usual problem faced by woman. Its wise to monitor your situation till you are 21, and see if there are any changes.
If not you should go and see a doctor who would most probably prescribe you hormonal tablets to help in the growth of your breast.
I think Asians, especially the chinese usually have smaller breast sizes. If you need fast solution then you might want to try the breast enhancing serums.

well number 1 you are asian so dont expect to have huge breasts. number 2 dont get breast implants those are dumb. i say just accept who you are. breasts arent everything in life and they are mainly for breast feeding which you still can do. i bet you are a beautiful girl and you just need a little self confidence. go take studio quality pictures and date guys that like you for who you are and not the size of your breasts. good luck and happy new year.

I know you won't believe this but, you aren't your breast size.
Stop watching other girls and fashion magazines and work on how great you are in your soul.
Do you really want the kind of people who are attracted to your chest.
look at Keira Knightley from Pirates of the Caribbean.
She is a s flat as they come and she was in this years biggest movies. So who needs breasts?

lol well when if u ever get pregnat your boobs will get a lil bigger cause ur eating for two.....u know what im talking about...time will come.....but yeah....
but if its that important to have big boobs u could have implants...

There's not alot you can do unless you want breast implants, I'm the same way but.. just have to learn to love it unless your willing to change it.

More than a mouthfull is a waste. My mom had big boobs & all she did was ***** about her back hurting. God gave you enough breast 4 practical purposes, relax! It will be ok!
