Buy a new sim and get all your data copied to the new sim. Keep that sim safe should you lose your phone. I am surprised your insurance company cover you if you lose your phone that often.

Well I really don't know any web sites or anything. But it depends on what kind of phone you have on how you lose it.I have had my razr since august and I dropped it the first day I got it it did'nt break or anything but it left a few marks. Now I always keep my cellphone on vibe&ring and stick it in my back pocket that way i really dont think anyone would try and steal it and i also can find it easier.you need to have like an end table or something so you can hook your charger up and charge your phone like whenever your asleep you can put it on the charger so you dont loose it. Also you can buy carrying cases and attach it onto your pocket so you know where it is. So use this advice and try not to lose your phone!

if you have t-mobile get a sidekick. it automatically backs up your data to the t-mobile servers. its the only phone that does that. every time you need a new phone or sim the data always comes back as it was

get a samrtphone that uses the Microsoft operating system... its automayiucally synchronises with your work/home PC each time they are connected. youmay need special rights to get the phoine connected at work.. but at hime its a breeze.
Im told some other phones do this that dont use the Microsoft product (some Sony Ericcsons do).

You can buy devices that will back up your sim for you. They store the data and if you get a new sim you insert the sim into the device and it copies all the data onto the new sim. They are not expensive either, I got one from Superdrug for £3.49.

most phones allow you to plug them into the computer and backup all information from photos to phone numbers.
Often phone companies will back up your sim for a few dollars, ask your phone service shop
