Yea very normal! I was extremely tired when I was pregnant, it was so embarrassing that I feel asleep while even standing up a few times!!

It started to get better after a while. Guess its mother natures way of giving you a break. Put your feet up and relax as when the baby comes.....

Good luck with your pregnancy!

Hi, it is very normal to have such fatigue. Extreme tiredness is a symptom of all the hormonal upheaval and frenetic activity going on in side you; eg vomiting.
Honey, you are therefore also losing a lot of salts and water, which in the end makes u also tired due to dehydration.
What is working for me, is to drink some ginger ale.....and have a nap when u feel tired.

Good luckxx

I threw up all the time through my preganacy all day (except 3 days at 12 weeks when I felt great!) make sure you keep fluids up - GP told me warm water best as not such a shock for stomach as cold.
Good luck with pregnancy and put your feet up x

Hiya I am 16 weeks and feeling very similiar to you. Also my immune system is down I keep getting cold after cold and now have major infection in my ear. Its so frustrating I want to be blooming beautiful not bloomin ill! Maybe some women just take longer to adjust to the hormones etc... Hope we both feel better soon!

you're easily in all likelihood extra effective off ingesting accepted espresso. so long because this isn't any more suitable than a million-2 cups an afternoon. The techniques used to decaffeinate it contain harsh chemical compounds that could want to be worse for the toddler than caffeine.

Yes this is very normal. I was the same at 15 weeks, even using my lunchbreak at work to sleep rather than eat. Its your bodys way of telling you it needs more rest, and they say to make the most of it as sleep wont come so naturally later!!!! take frequent naps throughout the day.... i call them power naps!

As for the sickness.... lucky me i didnt suffer at all. But they say ginger biscuits by the bed help.......

I got this with my second pregnancy too. i did wonder though if i felt that tired first time round but didn't notice as i could rest when i wanted to but second time you have another child to take care of so you are not as free to rest when you need to.

Yeah i don't know why they call it morning sickness, as it can hit you any time of the day.I was nauseas right up to 15 weeks with my second, if it continues to affect the amount of water and food you can eat homepathics might help.

take care

I've never been pregnant before but i heard that you get very tired. Maybe you should try taking some vitamin tablets.

Good luck with the pregnancy, hope you feel better soon.

Yes it is normal!
I have had four children and each pregnancy was very different.

i never lost the morning (or all day!) sickness with my last pregnancy, and i also had the worst heartburn ever so much so i lived on gaviscon
