I read from a guy that Israel is considering rebuilding the temple. How is that possible with the Al Aqsa Mosque right on the temple site?

Building the third (and final) Temple is one of tasks of the Messiah when he comes along.
In those days, the Bible tells us, the whole world will come to recognize the God of Israel. The Arabs will probably help in building the Temple. All nations will. It's called "a house for all nations".
For now though, the Israeli gov't has given the temple mount to the Moslem Waqf, which continues to defile the archeology of the mount in attempt to destroy its Jewish importance.
