The trial would take place at the ICC in The Hague.

And I don't think he would face the galloes.

He would get lethal injection.

In order to be guilty of genocide, you have to have killed a large number of people of the same race, religion etc for the simple reason that they are that race or religion etc. George Bush is not guilty of genocide, nor will he be indicted for genocide. Trying to kill terrorists in Iraq does not constitute an act of genocide, it isn't even a crime. Saddam's gassing and other charming acts DO however constitute and act of genocide, as the Kurds were doing nothing but being Kurds. Please don't waste this space with inane questions.

um george bush will never be hanged because hes chasing terrorists that caused 9 11 in Iraq. oh wait a minute al-qaida and osama bin laden are not EVEN from nor have lived in Iraq, In fact of all the suspects of 911 none of them were Not from Iraq. where Iraq comes into the picture i dont even know. but i do know that hundreds of thousands of iraqi chirsitans and muslims have died. . . and i don't think they were all terrorists nor insurgents. Iraq was not a threat to america but a threat to Israel and America of course has to come to the aid of the victims of a 50 yr old war. . . but in Rwanda we turned the other way. 800000 dead in 100 days. and Palestine,Kosovo, and Bosnia have been forgotten soo quickly. Remember that there were 60 million people killed in world war 2 not Just the holocaust. im not trying to offend anybody but the truth MAY hurt.

First you must establish genocide took place..than you need some one to prosecute than you need a conviction.-so as of yet there is no when !
As far as Saddam's bravery.. An innocent man will shake an unrepentant guilty man has no conscience.and no real nerves !!
I'm not pro Bush but the comparison is non existent!

Are you implying that he is guilty of genocide against the Sunnis? Can you back this up? I think your argument is difficult to defend simply because Bush has publicly supported various amnesty programs. I welcome clarification though...

Response:
The only real argument of genocide would have to be against the Sunnis. Even then one would have a very difficult time defending such a scenario. I simply do not see it.

He will be hanged in effigy in the US. In ten years when a secret list of international terrorists is discovered, he will be awarded the Nobel Peace prize for destroying a large number of terrorist cells before they ballooned internationally.

It will take place in your dreams just like you think we care about these inane questions of yours. lol Putting the words bravery and Saddam in the same sentence is like putting you and intelegence in the same sentence. Neither have anything to do with the other.

He has not committed genocide, Saddam however did in trying to exterminate the Kurds. Bus is not trying to exterminate an entire race of people, not yet anyway.
