Is there a website that can translate Bar-code numbers?

I'm a retailer wondering where the things in my store come from?

If you mean UPC barcodes that are on retail packages, then yes, google will do this. Just type 'UPC' and all of the digits of the upc barcode into google.

Or you can do it directly at www.upcdatabase.com. Example:

u need to have the reqired hardware not a software
