First of all, I don't know if you know so I will tell you that Braxton Hicks contractions don't hurt like you might think but it just feels like your stomach is tightening. With that being said, if you don't have them you might try walking more to see if they start. If they don't, well you just won't have them. Not everyone does; but I will tell you that even if the walking doesn't bring them on, it's still very helpful in keeping your muscles strengthened and increasing your endurance for labor. And as you probably have been told, doing kegel exercises can help too. Good luck and congrats!

With pregnancy - expect the unexpected. Consider everything normal. You may only be 33 weeks as the dates can be up to 4 weeks out apparently.

what is braxton hicks? Im Pregnant and dont know what that is. should I be worried now?

not everyone gets them. I only got them during the last week with my pregnancy. Good luck :)

I never got then with either pregnancy and I had a single birth and a twin birth.

hi, i got them heaps with my first daughter but none with my second so i guess that is normal... good luck on the birth

My wife had them with our first kid but not the second. I think they're pretty common but don't really indicate anything.
