Its the difference between degrees and radians

180 degrees = pi radians

One radian = when the radius = length of arc decribed ~ 57.3 degrees

It is the same but you might care to know that the letter is not phi, but pi.
Also pi = 22/7 is not an equality but an approximation, the number pi cannot be represented as a finite fraction.
180 degrees = pi radians , consider a circle with two radii subtending an angle at the centre such that the sector formed has curved length the same as the radius.

Your question is about "pi".

180 degrees is equal to π radians, so π is the conversion factor between these two common units in which angles are measured.

22/7 is a common approximation to the mathematical constant π, the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. This is exactly the same π as the angular measurement conversion factor above.

There is also a mathematical constant "phi" which is another letter of the greek alphabet, and is not the same as "pi".

The pi sign, π, is a precise number starting 3.141592653589793238462643 ... and going on for ever! 22/7 gives 3.142857...and you can see it is only accurate to 3 significant figures.
