Well a number of things can happen.
She can get pregnet(even if she has not gotton her period she could be menstrating for the first time and still get pregnet),you could get an STD (If she has been sexually active before with somone who had one),She could have "love" feelings for you (somthing you may or may not want),Her or your parents could find out and you could get into trouble,or nothing at all will happen.
But my opinion is if you don't know what could happen when you have sex,you don't need to have sex.Point blank.I hoped you used protection,and if you continue to have sex use protection.And just so you know,once you turn 18 if you have sex with someone under 18 thats concidered stagatory rape.I suggest you talk to a councler or somone you trust who you can talk to about this,so you can become more aware and informed on the conciquences of sex at such a young age or at any age matter of fact.

I agree with above that no 13 or 15 year old should be having sex. Be kids. I don't understand why everyone is trying to grow up so quick. Sex is, or should be, a very intimate and mentally dedicated activity; often, young people aren't capable of understanding or coping with the emotions that are attached to sex, especially girls.

You could get her pregnant and you both can get in a lot of trouble, that's for a start.
Listen kid, having sex is supposed to be a blessing. We suggest being physically and mentally mature before doing it again...
