is it the Mobile Intel® 945GM Express Chipset? or is it another one? it has the Intel® Core™ Duo processor T2400.

I believe it has the Intel® 945GM Express Chipset. If you look at the system properties it should also tell you that information.
Right click My Computer, select Properties. Then click the Hardware tab. Select Device Manager, then select System Devices.
