I have never heard of an aging back pain.. The pain is aging? what was it like when it was young?
Is it the back that is getting painful due to aging? I know many older people who dont have back pain.
As for yoga helping with either of the pains, can you ask the doctor first what type of back pain it is, before you start the regime of stretches etc.
