Don't know if he said it or not, but it's a good one. Could explain a lot of what is going on anymore...lack of thinking, just going along with the crowd.
GWB (by the way, there is no jr. after his name, his father was GHWB...) jealous or something? hmmm... Oh, by the way, thinking is NOT illegal, just thought you might like to know, so you are now free to begin your own thought process.

I googled it, and can find no reference to Bush Sr, so I'm afraid to say you'd have to provide a valid source before I could believe that.

However, it was George Bush Sr. who said that he didn't classify atheists as citizens ...
