I would pick "richer," because there are many things I'd like to do that I can't afford right now (and none of them require being extremely beautiful, which I'm not). I want to own and operate a house where abused and battered women can come to live for however long they need to (free) in order to start life fresh. I recently read an article in People magazine about two old women who have been doing this for decades...I was truly inspired by them.
Extreme beauty comes at a personal cost. People automatically think you're nicer, sweeter, funnier, smarter and more deserving than people who are less attractive physically. I think everyone knows at least one person who fits into this category. What do you observe about such people? In general, they spend less time developing personality, skills and talents in order to earn their position in life. Rather, they're catered to and given much based solely on looks. While this may *sound* like a great bargain, I would prefer to live life as I have: developing the personal attributes that earn the respect and admiration of others, rather than just having it handed to me.
This may sound self-agrandizing or self-righteous, but it's truly how I feel. Money is a means to accomplish much in life. Beauty (external beauty) will only get you so far.

2)richer
I would choose to be richer because with beauty you never really know if someone likes you for the real you although you could say the same for money. But I would be using most of my money to help my family, and charities. so if i was richer i would be sharing it rather than wasting it all on me which would make me a lot happier rather than just being satisfied when i look in the mirror in the morning.

Richer. The best one can expect from being extremely good looking, besides being egotistical and relying on their looks instead of their character or intelligence, is to gain fame and therefor fortune. So why not just circumvent all the trials and tribulations of stardom and get some cash and attempt to fix this corrupt excuse for a democracy?

Richer. Extreme beauty would bring you lot of hounds who just basically want to bed you or eternally moon after you. Richness would also indeed bring you a lot of hounds but at least you could always turn on the money and pay someone else to restrain them or get on your private jet and leave them behind.

Richer, because I would really like to quit my job and start travelling the world or set up a small hotel in Portugal.

richer.
Being beautiful makes the world better for other people, not me exactly. Probably people will be friendler towards you, adn you will get more for much less effort, but i think i like doign things for myself. Money would help with that!

I would pick nicer.
The expression nice people finish last is good for me.
Extremely beautiful is outer appearance only.
Richer is only materialism.
However, I suppose it's how you use these attributes.
Still, I want to be a better person - this is inner beauty, inner riches. Inner is more important than outer.

I would choose richer because if you had the money you could afford as much surgery as your wanted till you looked how you wanted to look, because that's how the world seems to work now. That's if I had to, if i could, I wouldn't choose either.
