I found notes written in crayon she had hidden that said "I killed my sister" and she doesn't have a sister, There is one that says "I am sorry that I going to kill the dogs, but I still am" Just very disturbing letters. My daughter tells me they were playing a game and she didn't know what was written, since she is just learning how to write and her friend is 3 years older than her, I just don't know what to do. Thanks for any suggestions.

Perhaps her friends wrote them and is a bad influence. consult her school counselor or get a doctors opinion. im sure its just a bad case of imagination turned in the wrong direction. get professional help. and dont stress.
hope i helped. oh im sorry i thought your child wrote them. still see a counselor especially if her parents dont understand the situation

"I know how to combat accusations of sexism! I'll target men and go on some rant about how monstrous they are but at a couple of places I'll say I don't mean all men... huzzah!" Yes, some men are extremely evil. So are some women. So are some red heads, and so are some Europeans. Unjustifiably targetting one group is clear prejudice and pointless stirring and promotion of hatred, a disgusting set of crimes. Yes, those things you listed are horrific, and my deepest sympathies go out to the victims. However, if you believe women don't do terrible things as well then you're hopelessly blinded by your sexism. The fact you'd trivialise those crimes for your juvenile attention seeking rant is nothing short of disgusting. Edit: Yes, of course I read your question. Go back to the rest of my post for your ridiculous "Rarr, only some!" disclaimer. As for your almost amusing claim that men are at least twice as evil as women (blatant lie), in what way does that make it not sexist? That IS sexism. Sorry, but if you were under the impression that sexism is fine and that ranting about how you hate men for the sake of getting attention will earn you any points then you've been sorely mistaken.

I think all of the answers posted so far are definately on track. It would be a good idea to not let playtime with the other child be unsupervised AT ALL until the situation is resolved. Have you mentioned this to the parents of the other child? If so, what were their reactions??

OKAY now.
i'm not trying to be judgemental on your parenting skills,
but you really should know that you should be stopping your daughter from hanging out with a kid who obviously has some serious mental issues.
what you should do is,
you NEED to talk to the kid's parent,
because when that kid is older,
she's going to face problems in the society and may end up committing a crime.
& STOP YOUR CHILD FROM HANGING AROUND HER.

you could tell her that it is NOT OK to say those types of things, and it is not funny nor amusing.studies show most cereal killers tortured animals when they were young. you should have the notes, and her checked out by a child psychiatrist if possible, and if it isn't possible or her parents are ignorant, then you should just tell them she will not be playing with your kids as long as she keeps up this behavior.

Show them to his-her parents. They need to see them. He-she seems to have some repressed anger. It is coming out via the crayon. It may lead to bigger things if the parents don´t confront it now and get the child some help. God bless

i think what you need to do is talk to the childs parents or show them the note. But really just keep an eye on the child for any suspicious activity around your child just in case. But that act may be what the child has expeianced at home.

You could photocopy the notes and send them to the kid's parents. Though the child may not appreciate or recognize it, that behaviour is dangerous - ESPECIALLY at such a young age. Catch and correct it while you can.

Kids can kill. Keep child away. Reports prove this is a serious issue. Do not take this lightly!

My suggestion is to tell the child's parents. God forbid something bad happens because it was brushed off or ignored.
