There are instruction pamphlets available in the craft store where you buy your paints Each bottle also has the instructions on it. You must make sure you thoroughly clean the glass, apply the conditioner and allow it to completely dry. Once dry, apply to the paints to the different areas you wish to paint in your pattern.After the paint has dried, trace over the pattern with the liquid "lead". The instruction books can give you more detailed instructions.
