I certainly have. My wife Dorothy and I are founder members of the Dungle Star Trek Polystyrene Sets Appreciation Society. We both ardently admire the polystyrene sets used in the original Star Trek series. We recognise them to be objects of art in their own right . Their realism produce an immense subtlety which exemplifies the challenge of man’s venture into the unknown. Indeed, the Sets boldly go into the unknown area of preconceptional anamographic art.
Dorothy and I have been criticised and showered with much abuse by other members of the Dungle Village Art Appreciation because of our views. But we will not stop. We will boldly go on championing these wonderful Sets. Who knows, the next year they may win the Turner Art Prize!
