Is banishment legal in the USA or more specifically in GA?

A former employee of mine was banished from a large part of Ga. after getting caught in a car with the daughter of an affluent couple. Both were of age and no sex issue is involved. Drugs were found and he said they were his. He was sentenced to prison and banished for life.

Any property owner can banish anyone they want from their property . . .
