well she's dirty enough to make my sim say P.U. and whatnot.

He has to be dirty enough for you to give him a bath I believe, or that's how it was for me. I'd always see my dog in the doghouse with him all nasty and then order one of my sims to give him a bath. I think I always clicked on the dog and one of the options was to give him a bath. (And you have to have a tub, just like if you had a toddler in the house)

in the journey that your sims can not take a shower in it the two you have got it dealing with the incorrect way. in the journey that your sim calls you puppy and it won't come to the tub it can not be waiting to realize it. first try deleting the tub and changing it with a sparkling(same variety or distinctive) and if that doesn't artwork try putting the tub exterior so as which you would be able to attain it on all aspects, meaning go away it out interior the open, and take a verify out bathing it then. and if that doesn't artwork you could open the cheat menu through urgent cntrl + shift + c and variety in maxmotives that way your puppy and your sims motives would be crammed

dosent matter if he is dirty or not you can always bath animals..... buy a bathtub and click it and a menu appears where you can bath dog
