My husband isn't well and spend alot of his time in bed. He starting to complain of boredom and we don't have alot of money.
Tonight I put the tv in the bedroom and his Xbox in there as well.

it's not your job to entertain him. yes you love him and you care but you don't have spend every waking hour being worried about how to make him happy. remember to take time to care for yourself as well or you will go nuts!! when you can you can sit together and read a good book, listen to music, talk about what you want to do when he's better, plan special dinners together, watch movies together, put a scrapbook together that will keep him busy for a long time!! he could start a jornal, he could write stories or poetry, put some good books in with him, some of his favorite snacks, you can get some board games and card games too that you can play together. just remember take time to relax and pamper yourself too. keeping yourself going is the most important thing. Xbox and t.v. are great toys as long as you have someone to share them with. Why don´t you spend time with him? Watch a movie with him. Chances are he is bored because he isn´t getting out of bed and needs company.

just talk with him, spend the time with him, give him kisses and what not and even cuddling with him will make him feel better
