David Hicks has been in Guantanamo Bay Camp Delta and being tortured for maybe more than five years while Saddam Hosein has faced the Iraqi Kangaroo Court and been hanged.

David Hicks' crime against humanity seems to be his conversion to Islam from white Christianity and being captured in Afghanistan as a friend of what was the USA and Saudi Arabia recognised Taliban Government.

Does the Curse of Allah have to be called on the US Government for their treatment of David Hicks and on the Australian Government for refusing to assist an Australian citizen and on the British Government for refusng to represent one of their citizens.

What kind of civilization is the white man's to be so unjust to their own becase he is Muslim?

Is it a crime to be an Australian Muslim and white or to be Muslim in Australia?

Will Muslims have to face a modern-day Holocaust in England and USA and Australia so the rest of Christian Governments can follow the trend?

There is no such thing as an ex-Muslim.

One's parents do not make one Muslim.

One's parents cannot make one Muslim and if one thinks he/she was Muslim then he/she was just another misled child.

Muslims are those who submit to the Will of the Only True God Allah and not a blind follower.

Prophets were sent to people who were lost for many generations and when one says he/she was Muslim one is actually saying he/she was always lost and still is and looking for shoulders to cry on and being sycophantic to the shoulder that is offered.

Such is rushdieistic and a parasitic.

Robber whatever is surely another sycophantic rushdieistic and loves his masters cruelty and will never see the injustices being done to the Aborigines as well as he sucks up and surely fled from a country that is worse than that of the occupiers and invaders.

Australia loves a leader who can be so racist to hijack a commercial vessel and hold hundreds of refugees hostage on it and then ship them out by armed military personnel to be tortured on small Pacific Islands for years having committed no crimes.

Bush admired Howard's cruel ways and took pattern from him in developing Guantanamo concentration camp.

Howard has developed a new form of indentured labour with his immigration reform and his IR laws that re-invent convict labour and slavery.

Australia was all-white but has only learned to cover it with their experiences with the Aborigines who are being wiped out with modern genocide of oppression and suppression and discrimination.

Statements signed under duress aren't to be trusted. Ask our POW's in viet nam. In escape and evasion school we were told that everyone talks. When your testicles are in a vice, you'll sign anything. The Kennedy's? catch up, that was 40 years ago. Bush has killed 3000 Americans in the last 4 years.

In response to Ex-Muslim:

David Hicks has been held in incarceration since 2001 without trial.

This fact alone, by any definition, is a complete injustice.

In addition, David Hicks is an Australian citizen. It is unbelievable that the Australian government could abandon one of its own in such an intolerable situation. The Australian government has offered token help to the David Hicks and his family. This is completely objectionable.

In response to the asker:

The tone of your question is unacceptably arrogant. Australia is an inclusive and tolerant country.

I am not white. I wasn't even born in Australia.

Do you really think I would live in a country that discriminates according to race or tried to oppress religious minorities?

If you live in Australia, you should grow up and make a positive contribution to this country.

If you don’t, then what right do you have to judge us?

All of this misdirected anger will get you nowhere, and works against the gracious and tolerant traditions of Islam.

-- Edit --
With regards to the Tampa incident:

In 2001, we exercised our rights as a sovereign nation.
In other words, we decide who should come into this country and under what circumstances they should come.

The Tampa incident didn’t prove racism was prevalent in Australia.
Rather, it showed that the Australian people refuse to encourage illegal immigration.

As you should already know, the Tampa refugees were eventually legally processed and were allowed to stay.

What I stated before is still true.
Australia is an inclusive and tolerant country.
Countries like North Korea and Zimbabwe are the opposite.

While I condemn Gitmo and Torture, which many Americans and Westerners whether christians or non-christians condemn too, (bush never proved that he support torture), I reply to your question which I consider a moronic question, and has no reality, and no evidence, merely is a hate question...

read this:
"Hicks signed a statement written by American military investigators that includes the following, "I believe that al-Qaeda camps provided a great opportunity for Muslims like myself from all over the world to train for military operations and jihad. I knew after six months that I was receiving training from al-Qaeda, who had declared war on numerous countries and peoples." "

Source : wikipedia.

now, ok, what do you think someone go in a camp for, and he knew that it is jihad according to what he signed for? do he thinks he will fight the koko-kongaro aliens from planet alpha? or the innocent civilians...while his father claims that his son was not aware of 9/11 after US bombing of afghanistan!! I suprise, was his son on drug or something?

however, this answer is my opinion, and should make you "maybe" understand the situation, he is waiting trial, and he is not accused of being muslim, but of being terrorist. so wipe your tears and feel comfortable with the justice, and just condemn the gitmo, torture (including torture by muslims which is normal in islamic countries) and the long await before trial... otherwise, dry your tears.

George Bush has never hung anyone, get your facts straight. But the Kennedy has killed their mistresses. Clintons make people disappear, read about these. Bill gives presidental pardons to his wife's family, and criminals, so the criminals can help put her in her office as Senator of NY.
