Be very kind and patient. Take the time to talk to them and to teach them. Like anyone else they have feelings and they would like to be accepted and loved. Remember they did not ask to be mentally challenged, but they do have to live with it. You should do what ever you can to help. You never know if it is going to happen to someone in your family, so yes love them, support them just as you would want if it were you.

Definetely! In this present cruel world even those
who are not physically or mentally challenged need support so how much more we should help them!We can help them by doing something for them like assisting them or visiting them, depending on their case or needs.
We can give them financial or emotional aid even just by listening to them.Above all we can help them by introducing them to the GREAT PHYSICIAN, HEALER of our souls and the compassionate SAVIOR-JESUS CHRIST!

they dont need our sympathy but may be only support. Dont you ever try to sympathise with physically challenged people cause they take it as an insult. It is my personal experience
