Slightly baked, a half (if not less) than a of second flash fried;warmed for 11 minutes(covered) on a bed of Lemon,Thyme,Peppercorns and Terregon. add to taste slivered almonds or terregon sauce or both. Onion Rings go well w/ almost any Fish. Use some of those "Chex Cererals" to bake or fry your fish. just crush them and use as coating with an egg or milk dip,( corn flakes are good too). Good luck!!!!! need more in depth cooking clues e-mail me Later Oremor

As in the method used by Cordon Blue.
Court Bouillon
1.5 L. water 60ML white grape vinegar
Large pinch coarse salt
2 carrots organic small mince
2 onions slices
2 sprigs thyme
1 bay leaf
10 pepper corns
bring it to a boil. Turn the heat off . Drop the salmon or other fish in . leave it untill the stock cools. with a lid on top. That makes a great meal. Any fish is better if you do not fry it.
Except catfish and I Teriyaki it equal parts soy sauce, molasses and lots of ginger and garlic
Smelt pan saute' in melted butter clarified
Cod not his one it's endangered

It depends upon the kind of fish. I like white fish and perch fried, but I like salmon and tuna broiled, but just barely. I like my salmon still pink on the inside and regularly get Tuna rare. I like Sushi as well.

my passion is in cooking...:) It depends on what type of fish. If it is very fresh, don`t waste it! Steam it.. Seasoned w/ salt, pepper, ginger powder, slice of fresh ginger, & 3 fresh tomatos. Some frozen fish, i love to make sweet & sour...:)
