The answer is simple:
You contact the company that your rent your coin machines from and they will supply you with a new key upon proof of your rental, such as a rental agreement.

If you purchased the equipment then simply show your sales receipt and they will replace the key for you.

There has to be some security checks otherwise some low life thief could get a key, so the hassle you go through to get a key as the equipment renter / owner goes a long way to ensure some thieving scum does not.

You can cut into the hot and cold water near the sink, and fit 2 Compression tees (15mm) Then use a short piece of copper pipe, and fit that into the branch of the tee fittings. You then need to fir two washing machine valves on the end of the the short piece of copper pipe. These are valves that the hoses from your washing machine can connect to. Finally you need to replace the sink trap you have for one that id suitable for a washing machine to connect to. That's it. Good luck in fitting it, But make sure the blue hose is fitted to cold water, and the red hose to Hot water.

Riiiiight "your" key. Check with the machine's manufacture. You'll probably have to provide some proof of ownership.
