Depends on the circumstances if you're going public or private.
And I Love You is Always better!
If you Love someone, in a relationship, then you generally DO want them also.
Remember, never go to bed angry. Talk it over....calmly.

I prefer private cause you can do whatever you want.
I think its better to love someone then want that one than to want someone then love cause wanting someone can pass but loving someone can go on.

Private. things get all out of hand when expressed and exposed. I want you is so over rated, its like, "do me now" and inappropriate and rude. I love you is sweet. In my humble opinion, It's better to Love some one and want them then it is to actually have them because wanting them is like an obsession, and once you have them what are you going to obsess over? it's like a twisted game. and you lose either way.

"I love you" is better than "I want you"...unless the person already knows that you love them...then, "I want you" is nice in a naughty way!
Just say "I'm sorry" and "I love you". Be the one to say sorry...be extra nice.
