Your the reason (and people like you) that most of us hard working folk have so much trouble making it. We bust our buts to make a good life for our family but keep getting hit with all of these pointless walls in front of us that keep us from prospering. I have bean working two jobs for years and I go to school for my children but never seam to catch any break. I've never bean arrested and am well trusted and respected by all my pears. No matter what I do right I just can't seam to get that promotion. Why don't you try it? Try raising a family of five on $25,000 or so. Will you still be talking your trash when you see that regardless of what you do right you just can't seam to make any more. I feel sorry for you and your family if that is how you raise you children. Good luck in your life. Sounds like your going to need it.

What is wrong with you? Are you that ignorant that you can't acknowledge that the parents you are talking about are working and trying to survive? I am willing to bet that your children could learn some valuable lessons from that family. Like how not to judge others based on financial status. If anything, I would say that your children are the ones who are deprived. I also would like to add that I live in Northern Michigan, and my heat is never on 87 degrees even in the dead of winter. Get a clue!

You should remember that all of the material blessings given to you can be taken away at the drop of a dime. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.
You may not be so lucky as to have a job at Subway or even kids healthy enough to go to school. I hope it doesn't take God slapping you down a few notches before you realize what an ugly attitude that is to have.

Wow! I can see why you think you are so much better than these people. Like for heavens sake fancy working at Subway and earning an honest living and who would be seen dead in a T-shirt and sweatpants. And of course all children should have new books so they can throw them in their lockers and let them get ripped and torn.
You must feel so much more superior with your 87 degree home and perfect car.
I think the only way to be free of these obvious blemishes on the face of the earth would be to take you perfect children and lock them and yourselves up in your perfect house (which has a perfect 87 degrees) and never leave it again. Your children can learn at home from their perfect new text books and you can order home deliveries of food to be left on your perfect doorstep. Really it's the only way, If you stay out in the world with these imperfect people you may catch something so do yourself a favour and stay locked up safely at home.

My Parents had money, we lived in a middle class area, my dad always wanted me to go Golfing with him, go to the Club, and always asked why can't I act like the other kids at the country club ? because, I go to school with regular kids, who have moms and dads that both work, he always tried to get me to go Golfing, I just wanted to go fishing, play baseball, football, and hang with other kids, and just wanted to do the "NORM", I never liked it when my dad would compare his job, to other peoples father's job. It was never important to me how a man puts bread on his family's table, what's important is that HE DOES IT ! I always felt kind of isolated because of this, I always admired the way innovative dad's would get around the problems of high priced toys, A kid across the street's father was a mechanic, he took an old go cart frame and put a starting motor, and a battery on it, the thing was fast as Hell, LOL !

Are you serious? With that attitude you're the one with a problem.
Wow, parents that work at non-glamorous jobs and buy used books for their kids...what's the world coming to??? Do you care about people who can't even do that much for their families?

You should smite them for their inferiority.
This is too funny. What's sad is that there really are people out there who are this stuck up, so people really do get offended even though you are joking. What's even more sad is that your life is so boring and pathetic that you would ask a question that perpetuates discrimination and hate just to have something to do. Mission accomplished-happy now?

You should give them some of your money so that they can buy a new car that you'll like and keep the temperature the way you like it. Also, buy some new books for their kids. You'll make them happy and you'll be happy
problem solved

I am sure they already know of your attitude. If you could bring yourself down to their level I am sure they would let you know their appreciation for pointing them in the correct direction. This sounds like a great chance to help the less privileged. They probably will be very verbose and grateful to you. Give them a chance.
