(This was my answer to the same question here on answers, and hey, it was the best answer!! ;))
Sesshoumaru - I like his'evil' thing going on, and I think he's hot. He pretends he doesn't give a damn about anyone but he really does care for the little girl (Rin?). The guy really cares for Inuyasha even if he hates him at the same time. Plus I love his clothes and his voice!
Miroku - The guy's a pervert, but he's funny. I like his relationship with Sango, and I don't know why they're still not together! I like his wind tunnel, I wish I had one. I like how knowledgeable he is too.
Kilala - he/she is so cute!!

I'm a HUGE Kikyo fan. She's beautiful and strong but not invincible and doesn't get cocky about it. She's smart and wise and loving but if you hurt her or someone she cares about you will regret the day you were ever born. That and I've had a crush on her since I started the series. ^//////////^
My next favorite is Sesshomaru. He's a cold blooded killer who kills for fun and loves only one person (Rin-like a daughter). He's like the most gorgeous male ever. He's EXTREMELY powerful and knows it. that and the fact that he's alot like me.

Sesshoumaru!
--- he's so cool.... even if he doesn't want to admit it, he is getting closer to Rin..... I love it when he goes mad then his eyes turns red (youkai)..... he's a bishie.... looks totally silent..... I think, he has the most sense in the story.... isn't the type who would go, "hey i'm having fun, so I am not going to kill you yet, i'm going to let you feel all the pain before you die..mwahaha..."...... instead, he kills "bad" guys in an instant.... Even though he isn't that much interested with his sword, I think it's better than tessaiga since it could actually heal people.....

I like Kagome and Inuyasha b'coz they are sooo good together and sooo sweet....I like Sesshomaru too 'coz I think his cute and hot...and Rin also b'coz of the way he like Sesshomaru and her loyalty to him...^_^
