Are yo on birth control? If not, go ahead and get to a clinic to get on BC pills. They will help stabilize your PMS. If you are currently on BC, but you are having severe PMS, it might be time to change to a different brand of BC pills.

You are right, it is not normal to feel extreme anger over little things. A visit to the doctor would be useful. He might suggest an antidepressant, like prozac, which helps make PMS more tolerable and also helps with mood swings. If you are experiencing a lot of pain with PMS, he may suggest a prescription pain killer. Again, BC and/or a new BC brand could be very helpful for you, so talk to your doctor about it.

Take care

No there is nothing wrong with you. That's the beauty of PMS, you have an excuse to be mad. The best thing to do, is just let it go with the flow. If somebody is bothering you, just breathe and keep your mind busy on something else.
