Number 3 all the way. They are the most stylish. The white ones would just be a pain, the big vercro thing on the second one is ugly and dumb, but the 3rd pair is sweeet. Superstylin'.

For what ? Why are these questions so limited on details ?
Shoes 1 - for tennis only, white anywhere else is dorky.
Shoes 2 - for work
Shoes 3 - for socializing

The last ones.
The first ones will be harder to clean (don't look all that)
The second ones- you may get annoyed with the Velcro
The third ones are more the style (of course it depends on where you live)

The white ones for sure.
Clean white shoes look great with jeans. Black shoes look bad with socks.

the third pair - the dvs parliaments.
they are the best looking and will stay cleaner than the white pair. the all black pair look too big/bulky. the parliaments are classic and fresh and will go with everything.
