Is it true that Matt Damon will play young Kirk and Ben Aflack will play young Spock? That would be so dumb.

This was announced back in April 2006. No one is named to play anyone yet. As far as Paramont is concerned the project is 'dead'. But this "Trekky" hopes it will come back alive again.

Ben doesn't look smart/wise enough to play Spock. Matt isn't manily enough to be Kirk.
