Dears,
Whether you find good or bad on others, getting angry will not help in any way. Think of the goodness. Think of your own goodness. You have come to the world to do some duties. Fulfill your karma and get your consciousness realized. For that reason, avoid anger. Make your mind peaceful. If another is doing wrong, getting angry will not change anything. When you keep anger, you will totally fail in your goal. Also, when you expect something from others and it does not come, then you will be disappointed and become angry. You cannot think that people will follow your way of thinking and doing. This will always bring anger. You must understand how to deal with people without getting angry. You need to increase your peace and tranquillity and that will avoid anger. Just neutralize ur anger.

Don't hit anyone as it is against the law. It is wrong for many reasons. Unless they hit you first. Even then it can still be wrong. Anger is often born from hurt and/or fear, so feel the pain/fear. If you are not in the present, you may be wrong. Practise breathing, write, pray for them if that is a thing you do. Resentment is like taking the poison and expecting the other person to die. Even when we are wrong it doesn't mean we are bad.

You cannot achieve this at a drop of a hat! You need to exercise regular anger control. Deep breathing exercises, calming your mind, attuning your responses do provocative behaviour, counting till 10, diverting your attention, modifying your response to an anger situation etc. All these will help over time to build your resistance towards such people who cause you anger.

Please remember this, in to days time every ones fuse is short because of their own mental problems, by displaying a calm behaviour you are exhibiting that you are in control of your situation

Just think about your loved ones ,it really works as I am also of your type and I don't have control on my hands but whatever I told you makes me calm.

And even if you did'nt find it a good advice so you should count from 10 to 1 countdown and your anger will be gone.

Walk away and avoid the situation. Do whatever you have to do to relax yourself. If I get into a heated arguement with my husband and I feel myself about to loose it emotionally, I walk away. I tell him to leave me alone. I know I need to be alone at that point. I go into the computer room, shut the door, lock it, put my headphones on...listen to music and do something distracting on the internet. Usually after about 30 minutes or so, I feel much better.

I have anxiety issues. Anger issues coincides with that, unfortunately.

Medication can help too.

Best wishes.

The moment a person is in anger, he or she should take a deep breath and then release.
This will help a person to control (physcially) anger.
