Let me rephrase this question as I understand it. Suppose a woman free of AIDS/HIV engages in unprotected sex with a man who does have AIDS or is HIV+. Suppose also a second man free of AIDS or HIV subsequently has unprotected sex with this same woman. Is it possible for the second man to get AIDS?

The answer to this question is very definitely yes. Never have unprotected sex even if your partner claims he/she is virus free. Not all are truthful about this and it takes 6 months after exposure for the blood test for HIV infection to turn positive anyway. That means NO ONE CAN EVER KNOW FOR SURE THE HIV STATUS OF A POTENTIAL SEXUAL PARTNER except in a mutually monogamous relationship where both partners tested negative at least 6 months prior and have not engaged in unprotected sex with any other partner since that time. ALWAYS USE PROTECTION.

If both men don't have AIDS (and the woman don't have it too) non of them will get it. But if ones got AIDS there is large risk that all of them had caught it.
Always use protection: its for your own good.
