In my opinion, it depends on the individual. The past of the person, his past experiences, his culture, his habits and anything that helped to develop his personality probably affects the way he sees the world. As a result the perception and the experience of the perceived thing changes from person to person. But of course there are some similarities between people. These can be the results of cultural similarities, or they can be because of the common psychological affects of the physical environment. Well, to conclude, i think the aesthetic experience is dependent on the person however, people can have common aesthetic values. The aim of the designer must be to optimize the aesthetic values and he should be able to reach masses by satisfying as many epople as possible.

I think an aesthetic experience is based on an individuals personal conception of visual BEAUTY.To be awestruck by something that is exceptionally beautiful to you, as an individual!Purely based on the love of BEAUTY! Critically,it could be considered a little shallow---lacking depth of intelligence.
