Okay, I read all of your questions. Have you considered this, maybe your are getting nauseas from the contraceptive pill!! As for movement in your womb, of course you feel movement, but definitely not from a a baby, not this early. You most definitely have gas which can feel like movement. I also agree with the other comments, if you just got over your period, and your doc says you are not pregnant, YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT! As for heart burn and nausea, I gave acid reflux, I get heartburn and nausea all the time, but it does not mean I'm pregnant. My point, if is not from the pill, then you ate something or are eating too late at night and that is causing your tummy to go crazy and give you heartburn, nausea, and gas.
If you are still doubtful, take a pregnancy test and pick up some pepto while you are at it, one of the two will help.

You won't get heartburn until the baby is bigger and pushing against your stomach.
For now, it just sounds as though you're suffering nausea and heartburn.
Go to your doctor and get it checked out if you're concerned about pregnancy. Else just get something for the nausea and the heartburn.
